Step One:
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Certification: MD CNA / GNA / CMT
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Government-issued picture ID
- Current TB Clearance
- CPR Certification
- Pre-Employment Medical Clearance
- Must have reliable transportation

Step Two:
Face-to-Face or Virtual Interviews
All qualified candidates will be invited to a comprehensive interview, either in person or virtually.
Documents Needed for the Interview
- Resume
- Government-issued picture ID
- Social Security Card
- Complete work history from the last five years
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (Green Card, Employment Authorization, or U.S. Passport)
- Certification: Current CNA, GNA, RN, LPN, or Medication Technician License
- First Aid and CPR certifications
- Current TB clearance (within 1 year) or Chest X-ray
⚠️ Please bring ALL required documents. We will not accept photocopies or expired documents.
Step Three:
Reference Check & Final Approval
Adonai Family Healthcare conducts a reference check with your most recent employer (within the last two years).
As part of the background verification process, we also perform:
- Criminal Background Checks
- Social Security Number Verification
- Board of Nursing Disciplinary Action Checks
Step Four:
Orientation & Onboarding
Once all prior steps are completed, you will meet with an Adonai Family Healthcare Coordinator for orientation and onboarding.
During this session, we introduce our mission — providing compassionate, personalized care to enhance the lives of our clients and their families.

Training
You’ll receive hands-on training and access to our educational learning modules, earning specialty badges in areas such as:

- Infection Control
- Medication Management
- Personal Care Assistance
